Co-founder and CEO of the Bridge Group, Nik Miller, will step down from his role at the charity in January 2025. Following more than a decade leading the Bridge Group, Nik will continue his work to support social equality (including as a Fellow at the Bridge Group) – alongside his role at More Partnership.

During his time as CEO, the Bridge Group has firmly established its reputation across sectors as the go-to organisation for advice and research on social equality.

While spearheading the growth of the charity, Nik has also led teams in some of the Bridge Group’s most influential work – including for the Cabinet Office and many of the UK’s leading firms across the legal, financial services, broadcasting and accountancy sectors. He has personally advised more than 100 organisations and represented the Bridge Group on various national bodies, including the government’s taskforce for socio-economic diversity among leaders in professional services.

Nik said,

“The last decade has been a wonderful journey as we have grown the charity’s impact and influence together. It’s been a great joy to work alongside remarkable colleagues, ambitious clients and a devoted group of trustees. I remain deeply committed to the mission of the Bridge Group and my contributions will continue – but for me the time is right to step down from the CEO role, and for someone else to have the exciting opportunity to lead the charity’s next strategic chapter.”

Chair of Trustees, Hephzibah Adeosun, added,

“Nik’s inclusive leadership has been critical to the growth of the charity and his expertise has shone in the extraordinary impact that the Bridge Group has achieved over the last ten years. We are delighted that he will continue to contribute to the charity’s work with key clients, and the board, and I look forward in great anticipation to appointing his successor. Our work has never been more important.”

Following a rigorous selection process, the Bridge Group is in the final stages of appointing its new CEO. An official announcement will be made in early 2025.
