Social mobility has become an increasingly important area of focus for employers, but what approaches really work and how are employers achieving meaningful change?

In this session, our Chief Executive Nik Miller led the discussion, practical work and panel debates with guest speakers. Participants had the opportunity to develop expertise in, for example, data collection, designing impactful approaches, internal communications and inspiring leaders to engage in their work. The session left participants with practical solutions and a deeper understanding of the key issues relating to early outreach, attraction and recruitment, and early career progression.
